Questions founders ask

Is co-founder compatibility actually measurable?

Not in the way a personality test claims. What is measurable is structural alignment: ambition, risk tolerance, lifestyle expectations, financial pressure and conflict style. Misalignment on any of these is the most common silent precursor to a co-founder dispute.

Can incompatible co-founders make it work?

Often, yes — but only if the specific incompatibilities are named explicitly and a structure is built around them. The dangerous configurations are the ones where founders assume alignment that has never actually been verified.
