PartnerReady.ie is operated by GetSettled, Galway, Ireland. This policy explains how we use cookies and similar storage technologies (including HTML5 localStorage) on this site, in line with the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 336/2011) and Irish Data Protection Commission guidance.
Your choices
When you first arrive on the site we show a consent banner. Strictly-necessary storage is always on — without it the assessment cannot work. Everything else (payment cookies set by Stripe, and any analytics) only loads if you opt in. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser settings; the banner will then reappear.
What we set ourselves
- Strictly necessary (always on): a small amount of
localStoragethat holds your in-progress assessment, your action checklist progress, and your saved cookie preference. This is treated as "strictly necessary" under Reg. 5(5) of S.I. 336/2011 and is exempt from the prior-consent requirement. - No third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar.
Third-party cookies (only with your consent)
- Stripe — when you choose to pay, Stripe.js loads on the checkout step and Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. See Stripe's cookie policy. We will not load Stripe.js until you have opted in via the consent banner.
- Analytics — none today; if we ever add aggregate analytics it will be off by default and disclosed here before launch.
Retention
Necessary storage is retained on your device until you clear it or your assessment session expires (12 months of inactivity). Your cookie preference is stored locally and re-prompted if cleared.
