Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

PartnerReady.ie is not a legal service. The Partnership Risk Report is a preparation tool. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, does not create a solicitor–client relationship, and does not replace a shareholders agreement or a qualified solicitor. Always consult a qualified Irish solicitor before signing any binding agreement.

Who we are

PartnerReady.ie is operated by GetSettled, Galway, Ireland. You can contact us at info@getsettled.ie.

Use of the service

You may use PartnerReady.ie for personal and business purposes related to evaluating a proposed partnership. You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in good faith. If you invite a co-founder to answer separately, you confirm you have their permission to share the invite link.

Payments and refunds

The Full Partnership Report costs €49, paid via Stripe. Because the report is digital content delivered immediately, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that doing so means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. If you do not give that consent, the 14-day cooling-off period applies.

We will refund you within 14 days of purchase if (a) you have not yet downloaded or viewed your PDF report, or (b) the report does not surface anything you had not already discussed in detail with your co-founder. Refund requests can be sent to info@getsettled.ie.

Limitation of liability

PartnerReady.ie provides the service "as is". The report is informational only and is not a substitute for professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the report.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Irish or EU consumer law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence as required by EU consumer law.
